Issue/Introduction

Threadcount are not getting populated after server reboot, encountered with an issue in which whenever policy server gets rebooted it is not able to populate threadcount in SMPS logs.

A scheduled job is run to fetch policy stats in every minute still the count is not getting populated in logs after reboot.

R12.8.x 

Linux OS

Cause

The OS customer script fails to execute the smpolicysrv -stats command to capture the Policy server statistics. 

Resolution

Aadd the below registry paramter "StatsTimeInterval" in the sm.registry file under the below registry path of the Policy server. Then stop / start the Policy serve services.

Below screenshot is reference configured for 120 seconds in hexa decimal value as 0x78.  The time interval is configurable value to print the stats time in seconds in hexa-decimal.
