ZTNA integrated with ADFS Identity Provider.

Admin user trying to login to ZTNA Portal, but user is currently locked out of the ADFS setup.

How can an admin login to ZTNA Portal locally when the default identity provider is down?

 

Environment

ZTNA.

SAML Identity provider set as default.

Cause

Resolution

Access the '/accezz-login?noIdpRedirect=true' endpoint and login locally.

As an example, access https://example_tenant_name.luminatesec.com/accezz-login?noIdpRedirect=true and use the admin account used when provisioning the ZTNA tenant.
