VM Console shows Disconnected in VMware Cloud Director in Mozilla Firefox

Issue/Introduction

• after certificate renewal, the console of the vm is not working with Firefox, with other browsers working fine
• VM Console opens fine with other browsers i.e. Chrome and Edge
• Only Mozilla Firefox shows VM Console Disconnected
• NSX AVI Load Balancer is used for Load Balancing 
• The following error can be seen in the VM Console's Browser Console Logs:

GET
wss://<VCD>/443;/...NS_ERROR_WEBSOCKET_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at wss://<VCD>/443;/

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1

Resolution

To resolve the issue, check the "Enable HTTP2" box in the AVI Load Balancer
