In order to receive support for the version of vCloud Director you are running, you might need to know when a product or version was available (GA date), and the date that it is no longer supported (EOS date).

Here is where you can find information on Product Lifecycles: Product Lifecycle
In the displayed screen, enter "VMware Cloud Director" into the "Search Product Name" field, select the "VMware Cloud Director" option from the results, and then click [Show results].
