Issue/Introduction

Admin login for the vIDM is getting locked out and is used for authentication for multiple products

Cause

Aria Operations management software is trying to access the NSX through vIDM and has the incorrect authentication credentials causing the account to lock.

Resolution

Log into Aria Operations Management and correct the authentication to access NSX.

Unlock the account in vIDM and confirm it is able to successfully poll the NSX

Additional Information

This could be caused by other applications that repeatedly access a server to poll for data such as Aria Operations for Logs.
