Issue/Introduction

Logging into the Broadcom Support Portal requires a security code to be input. After inputting the security code and clicking submit, the user may see a message stating "Invalid language".

 

Resolution

This occurs when the user's browser is set up in another language that's not English.

To bypass this error, update the browser's language to English and try inputting the code again. A new code may need to be requested.
