DRS powered on a VM which is in powered-off state afer the snapshot consolidation

Issue/Introduction

• DRS powered on the VM which was in powered-off state after the consolidation went through
  Note:Validated that the DRS powered on the VM from the VM tasks/Events

Environment

• VMware vCenter Server 7.x
• VMware vCenter Server 8.x

Cause

• DRS was set to fully automated mode on the cluster with individual virtual machine automation enabled on the Cluster

• DRS powered on the VM because After consolidation, DRS interpreted the VM as eligible for restart and that it should be powered on and balanced.

Resolution

1. Go to the Cluster >DRS >Edit > Disable individual virtual machine automation
