Useful Installanywhere environment variables for AutoSys installs that can be set prior to running the installer

Resolution

The following environment variables can be set prior to running the AutoSys installer, and a brief description on what they are for:

• IA_AE_SKIP_INSTALL=1
  Skips the install and post-install phase of the installation
  
  
• IA_AE_SKIP_HOST_VALIDATION=1
  Skips the host reachable checks
  
  
• IA_AE_SKIP_DB_CHECK=1
  Ignores Database Validation Checks
  Ignores Agent Key information in Database
  
  
• IA_AE_SKIP_EEM_CHECK=1
  Ignores EEM validation checks - connectivity and password validation
  
  
• SKIP_PATH_CHECK=1
  Ignore validation of AE Install path
  Ignore validation of SC (Shared Components) path
  
  
• SKIP_PRE_CHECKS=1
  Ignore Validation of OS Version support
  
  
• SKIP_SPACE_CHECKS=1
  Ignore Validation of Space requirement for both AE Install folder and SC (Shared Components) folder.
