Got "The installed version of the application could not be determined" when installing ESP Workstation

Issue/Introduction

Uninstalled the ESP Workstation, then when trying to re-install, the following error is shown:
"The installed version of the application could not be determined. The set up will now terminate"   

Environment

Component: ESP Workstation
Release: 11.3

Resolution

There were some remaining registry entries that prevented the installer and uninstaller to complete.  The solution is to find all occurrences of "ESPWS" and "CA WA Workstation" in the registry and delete the parent folder "cybermation" or "CA".  After this is done, re-install ESP Workstation.
