Issue/Introduction

You are expecting an email but it is not received by the user.

Environment

Email Security.cloud

Resolution

  1. Login to Email Security.cloud console here.
  2. Navigate to  Dashboard > Tools > Email Track and Trace
  3. Using the recipient field if you know the expected recipient or the sender field if you know the sender details ( you can use *@example.com as an example to search for all emails from example.com)
  4. If you don't see the message, most likely the email didn't reach Email Security.cloud, confirming the sending details can narrow down the search in this case.
