Query Builder does not load mdb data but no errors in the log files

Issue/Introduction

When use the Service Catalog Query Builder, the popup Query Builder does not the mdb tables at all. Even when enter the table name before open the Query Builder(for example chg), no table is loaded

And when check the log files like view.log, nothing there, even with the trace logging enabled.

Resolution

If you use load balance URL to access the Service Catalog, it is possible that the load balance configuration has some issue and in that case please work with your network/load balance team. One way to confirm that is to access the Service Catalog directly using the Service Catalog server name or ip address in the URL and if that works, it confirms the load balance configuration issue.
