Issue/Introduction

NFA view are showing RIB query errors

 

Possible reason: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "com.netqos.reporteranalyzerws.GetEnterpriseTopRoutersReportResponse$GetEnterpriseTopRoutersReportResult.getSchema()" because "getEnterpriseTopRoutersReportResult.value" is null

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management 24.3.9

Cause

PUSH issues with NFA sync

Resolution

Do a full sync of the NFA data source and it should resolve the issue
