Issue/Introduction

You're able to schedule reports for export by mail for standard dashboards in the Risk Fabric console, but you find you can't schedule metric scorecards for export.

Resolution

Unlike dashboards, metric scorecards do not have high level export functionality. Per the Using Scorecards in Symantec ICA section of the Symantec ICA Administrator Guide, you must click through into a view on a metric scorecard page in order to access export functionality:

"Clicking a tile in the [rollup view] grid displays information for the selected metric, by organization or region. The data can be printed to PDF. You can drill down through the data by clicking tiles. The lowest level of data shows the detail and summary pages. The detail and summary pages can be exported to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet."
