Shell script is not being executed by APM alerts

Issue/Introduction

We noticed that actions are not being executed, we have an action associated with a script to send the alert to SOI (via Spectrum), the script generates a log, and the log is not being updated.

Environment

CA APM 10.8.*

Cause

The user to run Introscope (introscp) had his password expired. 

Resolution

Configure user password to never expire.
