Planning to upgrade 4 Policy Servers from 12.8SP6 to 12.9, is the upgraded 12.9 Policy Server can continue to work with the same Policy Store, that holds Policy Store data 12.8SP6a?

Resolution

Yes. There's a backward compatibility with the Policy Store data (1).

Before executing the upgrade, ensure that the Policy Store data is 100% healthy (2)(3).
