Jobtrac loses track of jobs on executing on REMOTE nodes

Issue/Introduction

What is happening with some jobs, is they go into NAWT status but never go onto NEXE status and are stuck without completing.
They then cannot run successor jobs. It is mainly jobs at night and it is from PROD LPAR to DEVL LPAR.

What should happen is:
when jobs are sent to execute under JOBTRAC control they are updated in the sending JOBTRAC as a status of NAWT.
Then when they start running, the status changes to NEXE.  When they complete on the remote node, they show as completed on the originating node.

Environment

JOBTRAC executing across multiple LPARs.

Resolution

Place the following STC's in a WLM class just below JES:
JOBTRAC, DATACOM, ENF and GSS across all LPARs.
