Issue/Introduction

Doing  SMP/E APPLY CHECK for Datacom PTFs and getting errors:

GIM30206E ** APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD LU15444. HOLD REASON IDS WERE NOT RESOLVED.
GIM35901I ERROR HOLD AL15444  WAS NOT RESOLVED.

GIM30206E ** APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD LU15622. HOLD REASON IDS WERE NOT RESOLVED.
GIM35901I ERROR HOLD AL15622  WAS NOT RESOLVED.

In the SMP/E report:

Cannot find APARs AL15444 or AL15622.

Resolution

AL15444 and AL15622 are not APARS they are reason ids. 
PTFs LU15622 and LU15444 are both in error.

The resolving PTF is LU17689.

If it cannot be installed now , exclude the PTFS from the APPLY job by adding the following to the APPLY statement:
EXCLUDE(LU15622, LU15444)
