sqlserver metrics for custom checkpoints are missing in OC Metrics View

Issue/Introduction

sqlserver custom checkpoints stopped generating QOS after updating the query. 

Note: sqlserver probe -> Query ->  Test option works fine

The sqlserver_monitor.log does not capture any errors

Environment

any sqlserver probe version

Resolution

To resolve this issue, delete the custom checkpoint and re-add it using steps in article How to create a new (custom) checkpoint using the sqlserver probe
