Rally Usage Report Missing Last Login Date

Issue/Introduction

When I pulled a usage report from Rally the Last Login Date was blank even though I know I logged and others logged in during the selected time period. 

Cause

Rally records the most recent login. If that login occurred outside the selected timeframe then it will be blank. 

Resolution

Select the current time as the end time for the most recent logins.
