Issue/Introduction

Open any swimlane and fast response.  Open next level and wait for minutes or it times out completely.

Resolution

Reviewing supportability metrics, metadata is taking a long time to return the data for this request.  User has a very high number of metrics.

There isn't a universe spec, so metadata is being asked to gather all the data.
