What does this log mean?

Is this an indicator of any issues?

Environment

CA Process Automation 4.4 CP04 and earlier versions

Cause

This is an action related log that adds an extra layer of protection to handle dataset locks in a database.

Resolution

This WARNING does not indicate any negative functional impact to the product.

PAM processing will not be affected by behavior related to this error.

The log can be safely disregarded.

The log is a bit confusing when it says "this may happen because of some exception" as this message occurs even in a positive flow.

As of the writing of this article, this is planned to be updated in later patch releases.

We plan to adjust the logging level of this log to INFO and will remove the misleading portion of the log mentioned above.
