Issue/Introduction
Unable to delete or replace the source CSV file after the CSV Lookup indexing is performed

Cause
This is caused by a minor bug in the Enforce server where it holds a connection open to the CSV file.
Resolution
This is targeted to be addressed in DLP 25.1
Workaround:
Restart the Manager service to release the lock. After this you are able to delete or update the CSV source file.
