Unable to remove Spectrum connector

Issue/Introduction

Trying to remove the Spectrum connector but getting the error " Flexeraaw2$aaa: Windows DLL failed to load"

Environment

CA Spectrum: 2.0.0.259
Service Operations Insight: 4.3

Resolution

From the Start menu, navigate to:

1. Control Panel
2. System and Security
3. System
4. Click Advanced system settings in the left pane.
5. In the Advanced tab, click Environment Variables
6. Under System Variables, click New
7. Add the following system variable:
JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS
8. Set the following value for the system variable:
JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS= "-Dos.name=Windows Server 2016" make sure and include the quotation marks as they are written in the Parameters value).
9. Click OK

Then uninstall the connector. then remove the JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS above.

 

Additional Information

Please verify below files:

C:\Program Files\Zero G Registry\.com.zerog.registry.xml
C:\Program Files (x86)\Zero G Registry\.com.zerog.registry.xml

And, Check if errored product Id exist in above both files and also verify below file if same product exist
C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SOI\Uninstall Spectrum IM Connector\.com.zerog.registry.xml

You can copy the missing info from C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SOI\Uninstall Spectrum IM Connector\.com.zerog.registry.xml and update C:\Program Files\Zero G Registry\.com.zerog.registry.xml and C:\Program Files (x86)\Zero G Registry\.com.zerog.registry.xml
