Failure to Import Aria Orchestrator into Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager Due to Error "LCMVRO10037"

Issue/Introduction

Importing Aria Automation Orchestrator into Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager fails with error LCMVRO10037, reporting an inability to establish an SSH connection using root credentials despite providing the correct credentials.

Environment

Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.18 

Aria Automation Orchestrator 8.x

Cause

During the import of Aria Automation Orchestrator into Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager, the auto-discovery feature incorrectly selected vCenter as the authentication source. However, the Aria Automation Orchestrator instance in the environment was actually configured to use Aria Automation as its authentication provider.

Resolution

 

To resolve the issue:

• Navigate to the relevant Aria Automation environment in Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager.

• Use the Add Product option during the import of Aria Automation Orchestrator into Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager, the auto-discovery feature incorrectly selected vCenter as the authentication source. However, the Aria Automation Orchestrator instance in the environment was actually configured to use Aria Automation as its authentication provider. to manually import the  Aria Automation Orchestrator instance, ensuring that  Aria Automation is selected as the authentication source.
