Issue/Introduction

We have an application server and its email is not recieved. The application log shows "Could not connect to host".

Cause

Environmental issues from network area.

Resolution

Connection has not even been established. It is advised to give a try with other scanners and involve the networking Team so the route will be set - the application could not reach the SMG host.
