Distsrv probe fails to forward new package to secondary hubs

Issue/Introduction

You are seeing distsrv failing to forward packages to the downstream hubs. 

You have distsrv deployed across secondary hubs and one hub stops/ fails forwarding packages to the secondary hub it is supposed to forward new packages to. 

Environment

DX UIM 23.4.*

Cause

not-reproducible

Resolution

Steps to troubleshoot/resolve: 

1. Review log level 5 distsrv.log

2. If the log doesn't point to any specific issue proceed with the following: 

3. Backup the distsrv affected probe folder

4. Deactivate the distsrv probe

5. Delete the distsrv probe

6. Redeploy the same version of distsrv to the affected hub. 

7. Reconfigure distsrv package forwarding and allow some time for the forwarding to occur.
    (Note: resync time depends on the number of packages and their sizes.)
