Issue/Introduction

When it comes to upgrading the Policy Server to version 12.9, there have been some concerns about the Web Agent 12.52SP1CR11.

• Is Web Agent 12.52SP1CR11 supported with Policy Server 12.9?
• If not supported, can be the Web Agent upgraded to Web Agent to 12.9?
• The documentation about Web Agent 12.9 doesn't seem to exist and it reports 404:

Resolution

As per the Support Matrix, the Web Agent 12.52SP1CR11 supported by Policy Server 12.9:

SiteMinder Policy Server 12.9 supports previous versions of Agents and Access Gateways (previously called Secure Proxy Server) (1).

The Web Agent 12.52SP1 CR11 is still supported, no EOS date has been defined yet (2):

Finally, note that there's no Web Agent 12.9 version, and this is the reason why the browser gets error 404.
