Issue/Introduction

One of our OPMS instance is giving us weird problems.

 

Sometimes It's taking hours to start the services and if in case all the services are in OK. The monitors from ASM, they time out. The check passes in ASM portal, also Telnet monitors work fine

Cause

Redis service down for two weeks

Resolution

 Delete appendonly.aof  and restart the redis service. See 502 Erroron how to do this
