NodeJS version on Automation Point - Does AP support NodeJS versions above 20?

Issue/Introduction

Version 20.11 of Node.JS supplied with Automation Point has a vulnerability.

Can we install a newer version, even if it's 22.* or 24.*? Will it be compatible with Automation Point?

Resolution

Node.js version 22.14 was the latest tested version with Automation Point 11.7.  Users may elect to download a newer version directly from the NodeJS vendor site and upgrade using it instead of the version packaged with AP.   

Please note that Version 24.* has not been tested as of May 30, 2025.
