You receive a message indicating the connectivity was lost on slot/port . On the ESXi the issue is nic down on a Synergy server The problem last short time an then restored.
In vobd logs you can see the vmnic going down physically:

In the vmkwarning log you see the below error:

VMware ESXi 8.0
The message OSAL_HW_ERROR_OCCURRED indicate an issue with driver/firmware
