We have a large DSS environment, but after upgrading to Spectrum 24.3.7, one of our landscapes suddenly has a performance issue where it becomes unusable.
We can see in the VNM.OUT / Spectrum Control Panel the following
May 13 15:31:55 WARNING at ItcQdItem.cc(387): Request 28180531 not accepted after 60000ms, cs delta=0

Spectrum 24.3.7 and higher
We have made some SNMPv3 improvements which generally offer better performance, however if a landscape processes a lot of SNMPv3 Traps, they may see performance issues.
Please add the following lines to the $SPECROOT/SS/.vnmrc file and then stop and restart the SpectroSERVER.
fix_v3_profile_lock=false
failed_cache_for_unmanaged_trap=false
