Issue/Introduction
- You recently upgraded vROPS, but it is not working properly after the upgrade.
- The Admin UI is not loading.
- Collection is not happening
Environment
VMware Aria Operations 8.x
Cause
Analytic nodes (primary, primary replica, and data) are deployed in multiple geographic locations. The latency between the nodes exceeds 5 ms round trip.
Resolution
Deploy all analytic nodes (primary, primary replica, data) in the same geographic location.
