Timezone difference between job start time and database

Issue/Introduction

example_job should run at 05:00 but getting triggered at 04:00.

Need to resolve this.

Resolution

Verify profile.CA for what TZ variable is set for location.

Ensure TZ must be same for all Agent/Scheduler/Database
