Issue/Introduction

• A bug in vRA 8.18.1 displays error messages for Day 2 actions (e.g., "delete", "revert", "remove") in the deployment view panel instead of the confirmation wizard window, obscuring the message.

Environment

• VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator 8.18.1

Cause

•  The wizard window in vRA 8.18.1 fails to render error messages within its own UI, defaulting to the background deployment view panel.
• It is a known bug in VRA 8.18.1.

Resolution

• This is a known bug and fix will be made available in 8.18.1 patch 3.
