Encounter "Login failed; caused by PopupClosedError: Login failed, popup was closed" error when accessing the Tanzu Developer PortaI URL in Tanzu Application Platform (TAP).
The error is usually caused by misconfiguration at the Authentication Provider side when integrating TAP with a third party authentication provider.
For customers who are using Gihub as the authentication provider, please check whether or not the Authorization callback URL is being set correctly.
For other authentication providers, please check Authentication in Backstage for more setting details.
Please contact Tanzu support if any assistance is needed. The investigation would be smooth if customers can provide a HAR report when opening the support ticket following Generate HAR file.
