how does Autosys use the UNC_PASSWORD and UNC_USERID fields in the UJO_FILE_WATCH_JOB table

Issue/Introduction

A Security team was reviewing the Autosys AEDB database.
The two fields:
 UNC_PASSWORD                                       VARCHAR2(128)
 UNC_USERID                                         VARCHAR2(80)
where found in the UJO_FILE_WATCH_JOB table.

When and how are these used by Autosys jobs?

Environment

Autosys 12.x 24.x

Resolution

The UNC_USERID is used when using a file trigger.
For the Unix/Windows users
The password associated with this is stored through Autosys_Secure.

The unc_password is not currently used
