After a forgotten password and an attempt to reset it, a user is not receiving the email to reset it

Resolution

Resolution path:

1. Check spam and bulk messages
2. Check for a message with subject "Reset password instructions" from [email protected]
3. If the email is not found, contact CloudHealth support
