Issue/Introduction

Unable to retrieve packet capture(pcap) using "pcap transfer" command

Environment

ISG in FIPS mode

Resolution

The packet capture is located in the diagnostics file and can still be retrieved from there via SCP when running in FIPS mode using the command below.

#diagnostics service-info send url scp://mytransferhos.example.com/files username #### password ####

 

Additional Information

The PCAP file is located in the \data\bluecoat\clp\pcap directory.
