Error "Maximum allowed OAuth apps per site is 10" when creating new OAuth app in VCF Business Services Console

Issue/Introduction

User is able to login to the portal in expected tenant and also can see Create Button in "OAuth apps" tab, however when submitting the request to create new OAuth app gets an error "Maximum allowed OAuth apps per site is 10"

Environment

VCF Operations 9

Cause

Maximum OAuth apps created for any site is fixed to count 10.

The count is sum of OAuth app created in all tenants of given site.

The total count of OAuth apps must have reached to max count 10.

Resolution

Contact other administrators in Tenant/site to reuse existing OAuth app. Note - at this time, OAuth apps are only available for cloud providers.
