MUX displays blank pages after upgrade

Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Clarity MUX pages are showing blanks and no data is being loaded.

On the log files we can see errors like:

When looking at the referenced lookup in the log files, it throws a system error.

The associated attribute looks corrupted too. Did anything go wrong at upgrade time?

Resolution

Clear the Clarity cache

Flush Clarity server cache
