Scheduled workflow runs fail on Aria Automation Orchestrator

Issue/Introduction

• Aria Orchestrator is not running some scheduled tasks. Rescheduling the workflow does not fix it.
• Manually, we can run the workflow, and it works fine. 
• KB 314710 does not resolve the issue.  

   

Environment

• VMware Aria Automation 8.x
• VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator 8.x 

Cause

• This is likely caused by incorrect token type (CspJwtImpl) used in Aria Automation Orchestrator.

Resolution

• The token expiration issue is addressed in Aria Automation 8.18.1 patch 2.
