Unable to export only the selected alarms to CSV in OC alarm console

Issue/Introduction

In the OC alarm console if we select a few alarms (example 5 out of 20 alarms) and click "Export to CSV", the list in the CSV will export all 20 alarms instead of the selected 5

This is as per current design
