Issue/Introduction

After upgrading an agent to 16.0.x detection and/or blocking of file uploads via Whatsapp stopped working. 

Cause

A race condition exists that if Whatsapp is configured as a cloud storage application, a file may receive a tag that prevents further detection requests prior to detecting on the file the file the first time. 

Resolution

Change Whatsapp's application type from 'Cloud storage' to 'Generic'
