Endevor process fails with S878

Issue/Introduction

Endevor API job is failing with an S878 error, even with REGION=0M. 

We're seeing this though region is specified as 0M. To note this is for a large amount, 13K+, of moves and when the amount is smaller it doesn't fail. This was after an IPL which z/OS upgrade was for 2.5 to 3.1 and Endevor had no maintenance. 

Environment

Endevor V19.0
z/OS 3.1

Resolution

Determined the upgrade to Java64 from Java31 was causing the error. Reverted back to Java31.
