vLCM Remediation failed with 'unknown message' and 'finished with errors'

Issue/Introduction

Remediation fails with errors: 

"Host '<host_fqdn>' was not processed, the reason: 'Unknown message'"

Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 

Cause

Issue due to OMEVV plugin

Resolution

1. Engage Dell to determine the error from their end. 
2. Remove the firmware components from the image. See Working with Images
