Issue/Introduction

Precheck Errors with the following while trying to upgrade Aria Automation using Aria suite lifecycle.

Exception encountered while checking health on VMware Aria Automation VA : ######### Exception: Connect to #########:8008 [######### / #########] failed: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.x

Cause

Due to the communication blocked between Aria Suite lifecycle and Aria Automation over port 8008 health of the Aria Automation could not be retrieved.

Resolution

To have the firewall rule be opened for communication between Aria Suite lifecycle and Aria Automation over port 8008.
