When try to issue an API call to retrieve the bearer token, the response failed with a 401 Error intermittently. When this happen, the AD account was also experiencing connectivity issue to Aria Operations.

VMware Aria Operations 8.x
The configured AD access credential was locked and wasn't able to connect to Aria Operations.
The AD account is configured as the primary authentication method to retrieve the token. If this account is having issue, the API call using this access credential will fail. The associated AD account will need to be unlocked prior to trying to perform the API call again.
