Unable to migrate the encrypted virtual machine using HCX Bulk Migration: "HBR-agent is not installed on source ESXi host for encrypted VM migration"

Issue/Introduction
- You are attempting to migrate an encrypted virtual machine using Bulk migration, and the following error is displayed:
HBR-agent is not installed on source ESXi host for encrypted VM migration.
Environment
VMware HCX 4.11
Cause
HBR agent is not installed on the source ESXi host.
Resolution
The HBR agent must be installed and running on the source ESXi hosts.
Currently, HCX Manager does not provide the VMware-HBR-Agent-X.X.X-X.X.X-depot.zip package required for installation on ESXi hosts.
Workaround:
Download and install the VMware-HBR-Agent-X.X.X-X.X.X-depot.zip file from the vSphere Replication Appliance, and install it on the source ESXi host.

Use following steps to download the appliance
- Broadcom Portal - vSphere Product Standard (essential, plus) > 8.0 ( or lower) > vSPhere Replication > View Group
- From above link choose a vSphere Product Standard|Essentials|Plus version etc
- Select release of vSphere ie 8.0 or 7.0
- Hit View Group next to vSphere Replication
- From drop down menu select version you are looking for
