Trap alarms are missing in SAM console

Issue/Introduction

• No alert in SAM console for a specific device.
• The trap is registered in the logs, however it is not showing on the SAM console. 
• OI audit logs shows alarm created for traps received but alarm not showing SAM console. 

Environment

Smarts 10.1.x

Cause

OI domain not registered as source under SAM domain. 

Resolution

In order for the trap alarms to be visible in SAM console make sure OI domain is registered as source under IC domain Configuration of SAM domain, as shown in below screenshot. 

If OI domain is not added already then follow the steps mentioned in Creating a domain to configure new domain under IC Domain Configuration.
