Issue/Introduction

EM services going to stopped status with below Error message:-

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded error

Environment

APM 10.7 SP3

Resolution

Follow the below Step:-

- Open the Introscope_Enterprise_Manager.lax, , update lax.nl.java.option.additional property Increase EM memory heapsize -Xmx by 2GB

- Open Introscope_Enterprise_Manager.lax, update lax.nl.java.option.additional property Increase -Xss, default value is 512k, you can set -Xss=2048k

- Open the Introscope_Webview.lax, , update lax.nl.java.option.additional property Increase memory heapsize -Xmx by 2GB
